Current• Develop and manage External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) contract-specific work-plans including tasks, timelines and deliverables. For each project, ensure that all planning, data collection, data analysis and report writing are completed timely and to the satisfaction of the client.• Provide regular formal and informal reporting to state representatives and other contract representatives including required status reports and participate in periodic conference calls and face-to-face meetings.• Actively lead and/or participate in select activities such as surveys, evaluations, preparation of technical reports, and communicating findings to various audiences.• Day-to-day liaison with customers, collaborators, and other stakeholders. Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with IPRO’s work and to identify new customer needs and lead efforts to provide technical assistance to customers, particularly in response to activity findings.
