The position also supported research studies within the domain. The position was responsible for facilities in a number of geographic locations.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Through successful budgeting and cost restraint I achieved the first profit ever for this area of the Institute.Innovatively developing a model of telehealth care for aboriginal remote communities to continue to provide a service despite funding cuts.Led and managed the stakeholder engagement process to secure an expansion into the primary care sector in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. Successfully establishing governance, compliance and feedback policies for the area.Successfully led and implemented a new EMR, including tendering of contracts, stakeholder management, implementation and training despite the process being unsuccessful on three previous attempts.
