Successfully establishing governance, compliance and feedback policies for the area.Successfully led and implemented a new EMR, including tendering of contracts, stakeholder management, implementation and training despite the process being unsuccessful on three previous attempts.

I was in charge of the largest Benetas residential aged care facility and had responsibility for 150 residents and approximately 250 staff.
