Executed start-to-finish project management, providing technical leadership and integrating all parties involved. Coordinated activities among engineering, right of way agents, field operations, regulatory, construction coordinators, environmental specialists, pipeline integrity, planning, safety, bidding, procurement, and marketing. Developed schedules to meet critical path timetables and managed workflow by holding project meetings and interfacing with the department representatives responsible. Managed budgets with program managers and controlled project costs and invoices. Provided program management of a shallow or exposed pipelines program including developing projects, budgeting, performing risk assessment analysis, coordinating prioritization, and designing remediation with optimal risk mitigation measures from start to finish. Managed shorted casing mitigation programs with priority ranking for projects with corrosion specialists’ input. Provided oversight and guidance on the shorted casing initiative, regarding the attempt to clear, guided wave analysis and the wax filling of the casing annulus. Provided assistance and records for inline inspection projects, close interval surveys, pre-audits, asset sales, and pipeline leak inspections. Primary management for development, testing, and training of five in-house compliance programs. Managed conversion of old data into new programs, provided systems upgrades, maintained, trained, and developed training manuals for these programs: corrosion control, pipe inspection, deadleg analysis management, meter and regulator relief sizing program, and user authorization.  Provided technical analysis and compliance reports for regulation systems, system overpressure protection measures, corrosion and pipe inspections to vice presidents, region directors, field support, and external customers.

Connectivity Solutions in Omaha, NE, was formerly Avaya, Inc., Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and Western Electric. Responsible for preparation and supervision of facility projects at this 340 acre location, including 50 acres of buildings. Duties included design reviews, bidding, procurement, and construction management. This effort required multiple-discipline coordination between electrical, structural and mechanical disciplines. Estimated project work scopes and schedules to meet critical path timetables, including being project manager to coordinate critical plant shutdown projects. Worked directly with project contractors. Efforts include directing pre-bid meetings, construction monitoring, and resolution of contract change orders. Managed a team of ~40 trades personnel who volunteered to become NE state asbestos certified for emergencies and small removal jobs. Performed fit testing for air respirators; kept records in accordance with OSHA, EPA, Federal, State and Omaha Air Quality requirements.PROJECTS  Global Provisioning Center Warehouse: Lead mechanical engineer for overseeing the designing and installation of the mechanical support systems for a 13-acre provisioning building. Design included office HVAC, fire protection, air turnover systems, and dock door heaters. Mechanical project costs ~$4.0M. Office Area Expansion: Designed/constructed four offices, two conference rooms, data/equipment room and eleven engineering cubicles, including HVAC installation and coordinating the engineering team for lighting, data lines, and interior design. Electronic Technology Training Room: Served as project manager/engineer/construction coordinator for demolition of a gold plating room into creating an Electronic Technology Training Center and a Machine Tooling Training Center, including installation of offices, machine training room, electronic training room, self-leveling floor, epoxy paint of ceramic walls, and asbestos abatement.
