Senior Subrogation Rep
CurrentI obtain and analyze documents required to seek recovery potential for damages that were paid by the company against an at fault party. Negotiate settlements with adverse carriers or 3rd party clients for recovery or file inter-company arbitration contentions to conclude the liability claims. I register and handle P&C insurance claims until their conclusion. I obtain Salvage documents and enter subrogation proceeds. Help create new documents for department that increased the final processing of claims by 18%.
