  Deb J. Haley is the Associate Director for Marketing, Outreach, and Administrative Resources at the EERC. With an educational background in business administration, she has worked in the energy and environment field at UND for over 35 years. As a member of the senior management team at the EERC, Ms. Haley assists in the development, marketing, and implementation of EERC programs. She also leads marketing, outreach, and administrative efforts at the EERC by continually evaluating and improving the policies, procedures, and methodologies related to all aspects of EERC support services and overseeing the implementation of the support structure to facilitate the programmatic activities of the EERC. Ms. Haley is responsible for ensuring creative and innovative outreach programs at the EERC, including all conferences, symposia, workshops, international training programs, and marketing events. She coordinates and oversees all aspects of the initiation, development, and implementation of these activities and, on many occasions, serves as Project Manager for these events. She has coordinated and administered over 125 conferences, workshops, short courses, and other special events worldwide for the EERC, including the Hydrogen Action Summits, Biomass Workshops, Air Quality Conferences, and Western Fuels Symposiums. In addition, she has coordinated several high-level political and other special events, including groundbreaking ceremonies, building dedications, and press conferences. Ms. Haley is a 2006 graduate of the Protocol School of Washington.
