I'm a Registered Counselor and Mental Health Nurse with a real love of working with people. I specialise in working with people with an experience of trauma. I'm fully trained in EMDR and use this modality face to face & online to help people, alongside CBT, ACT and other modalities.I've had a varied life experience; employee, business owner, parent and partner which has given me an opportunity to see life from many angles which helps me to really connect with my clients and understand their perspective and difficulties.I love sharing my knowledge and experience with other counsellors through Clinical Supervision. I use a framework that supports growth and best practice for supervisee's.
