My role predominantly performs analysis and investigation of metering and property anomalies. This arises from normal monthly and quarterly meter cycles. Completing field work and office based duties work I also complete project work to improve revenue and compliance outcomes for Sydney Water.Previously worked as a SME for the implementation of a new SAP Billing and Transactional processing System In Sydney Water. This project lasted 3 years and replaced the legacy systems in house

In my role I am responsible for supporting the branch network, Premier Banking and Multicultural Banking with home lending, My role is to make sure I understand the issues and challenges faced within each of these channels so that I am able to represent and articulate them within Support Office. I work with all other areas across RBS and Risk Management to make sure that the products, services, processes, procedures, policies and sales and service support tools delivered, are aligned to the business requirements and contribute to achieving the Bank’s vision.

I also worked closely with CommInsure and represented RSS on projects, campaigns, training and communications (written and CBATV) required for the frontline network.
