Over a years’ experience with people management. Actively supported the SAM team and EBIS as Change Manager to successfully onboard twenty plus applications within budget and timelines. Onboard new DM CROs and provide hyper care during initial UAT efforts to minimize impact on trial timelines. Streamlined trial level validation process by increasing responsibilities assumed at CROs. Assessed impacted documents and training materials and update as necessary. Supported both global and therapeutic area standard library teams with document review, trainings and processing of test scripts in HP ALM. Participated as a Subject Matter Expert on the HP QC team and provided guidance to GDMs using the application in PA. Received Platinum Encore Award for organizing and presenting the HP QC end user two-day training. Successfully delivered periodic database releases for a dermatology trial on time and high quality. Attended the European Hermes platform workshop and provided input on user requirements.

Acted as Lead DM for new trials in Medidata Rave. Gained experience in eCRF design, user acceptance testing, managing CROs and overseeing IVRS and lab data transfers. Performed data cleaning and discrepancy resolution as well as SAE and lab reconciliations. Trained new personnel on DM procedures and guidelines.

Actively participated in developing standards for study start-up and finalization procedures. Assisted in CRF and Editing Ground Rules development and functional testing of database management systems for both web and paper trials. Performed SAE reconciliation between Safety and Clinical databases. Facilitated interim finalizations of the clinical database as required.
