I am responsbile for assisting customers on our Grainger.Com website. I answer product questions, assist with any issues customers may have in viewing their online invoices and order history. Answer any questions regarding stock and availablity on our products. Set up special product requests.

I currently enter and maintain our customer database. Make corrections and update customer accounts. Verify and confirm correct information before entering a new company or consumer into our database. Monitor requests to update company address, phone or contact information.

Accurately picked products from the shelves. Made sure items were put in the correct divider on my pick truck. Corrected mistakes made by myself or co workers to ensure our customer received the correct product they ordered. Sorted the manual orders that came from upstairs in customer service, marked all rushes and hazards accordingly. stocked new products into the correct location, rotated the current stock before putting new product on the shelf. Corrected and error if a product/item was marked incorrectly at a pick location. Loaded and unloaded pick trucks from the floor. Assisted the shipping department once picking was done. Double checked products to the packing slip and made sure correct quantities and items matched. Used proper packing material to ensure customers received their products in great condition. Made sure products with expiration dates were accurate and not expired. Cleaned and swept my station to ensure safety of myself and others.

I processed 35mm and 110 film for customers. Mixed chemicals to maintain the chemicals to ensure negatives were not damaged or ruined due to not properly maintaining each tank the negatives went through. Matched negatives to the correct envelope. Manually processed and sorted customer photos out of the machine. Ensured picture and color quality was acceptable. Stocked film, cleaned and maintained a organized work space. Worked with customers to identify pictures they needed reprints for. Offered suggestions for film and enlargements. Kept aisles stocked with film, refill pages and photo albums.
