Advisory areas included people strategy development, cultural transformations, leadership development, advice on complex people matters, recruitment of key executive roles and designing and implementing organisational restructures.

As part of the divestment of Colonial Frist State from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, assumed on a contract basis the responsibilities of the Chief People Officer for the buyer (KKR). Included development of the remuneration framework, policy and governance in line with CPS 511 and submission of this to the Board. Recruitment of the executive team for the divested business in partnership with the incoming CEO. Development of a 12 month people strategy for the stand alone business, establishment of key people practices such as performance management and the approval of people policies, terms and conditions on behalf of the new owner and in consultation with the Board. Management of interfaces and relationships with the Commonwealth bank divestment team and the new private equity owners to provide transparency and alignment on the activities being undertaken.

Delivery of business orientated organisational development solutions in the areas of organisation design, management of change, DE&I, leadership and talent development, learning, and talent management. Worked with ELT and Board on talent and succession plans to create bench-strength for future leadership. Developed digital solutions for learning fundamentally changing the onboarding and role training process. Played a key role in the implementation of WorkDay and a new payroll system. Led the people streams of regulatory enquiries including the APRA review, AUSTRAC and advised on the set up for the Royal Commission. Reported to the Board regularly on these activities and worked in partnership with the CEO on the go forward cultural program, representing the organisation in presenting this to the regulator and independent reviewer.

Managed key strategic projects on behalf of the Chief People Officer to deliver to critical business outcomes. Projects included; review of store recruitment bringing time to hire down from 42 days to 10, delivery of a leadership development program for 9000 leaders, partnering with newly appointed store operations manager to conduct and implement a strategic review of the function realigning key resources to operate more efficiently and build an effective leadership team, organisation redesign of the store support centre to achieve 10% cost saving, management of talent identification process including executive leadership team calibration sessions.
