This information was used as evidence for Federal Highway Funding programs, education, and personal safety knowledge. I also organized and conducted public hearings around the state regarding the development of the NH 10 Year Highway Planning for the purpose of providing opportunities for the public to have input to the various major transportation projects for the next 10 year planning phase.I was a trainer at the NH Police Academy on the collection of accident statistics. My efforts contributed with the NH Highway Safety Institute training efforts for increased public safety and awareness with the objective to reduce highway fatalities.I edited and compiled the text for the NH Covered Bridges book which documents the characteristics and history of all remaining and historical covered bridges in the State of NHI managed a team of 6 individuals that collected data, provided analysis for given lengths of the State Highway and provided that analysis to the Federal officials for the NH 10 Year Plan. The NH 10 Year Plan determines the majority of Federal Funding that is allocated to the state for capital improvements of the highway system.

Annually compiled and published the Fatal Accident Statistics Book which highlighted trends and overall statistical information for the purpose of better highway engineering, increased public safety awareness on child seats and seatbelt usage.
