We facilitate compensation programs, handle benefits administration, and partner with management to develop rules and procedures for our facility. I recommend and administer discipline and terminations when warranted. I have been tasked with a new network-wide initiative to improve the on-boarding experience for exempt leaders during their first year of employment at Chewy.

We facilitated training for our new hire orientation sessions, leadership series, and various other classes for the management teams we supported.
