Deb has close to 30 years experience in Human Resources. In 2007 she opened DJK HR Consulting, LLC were she was an Independent Human Resources Consultant and Fractional HR Manager. In July of 2015 she joined monocleHR conducting training sessions throughout the state while maintaining her consulting business. In April of 2017 Deb merged DJK HR Consulting with monocleHR and her partner Mimi Soule. monocleHR is now a full service HR organization offering services such as HR Compliance Audits, Employee Handbooks, Operations Manuals, Employee Relations, Job Descriptions, Employee Appraisals and Staff Training. MonocleHR provides project based and subscriptions based services.
