As a Health Administration graduate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I spent last summer at the New Jersey State Policy Lab, with a group of exceptional scholars. Being part of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy increased my desire to understand policy and policymakers regarding the social determinants of health. My summer research: allowed me to challenge myself, clarified my need to engage within the community setting, and step out of familiar paths to explore health and wellness in its entirety.My academic and professional goals focus on the social determinants of physical and mental health. My areas of interest are understanding Healthcare in terms of building effective working relationships to improve housing instability and efficiencies within communities. Previous experience in various healthcare roles; will allow me to combine my listening skills, people skills, and adept ability to help solve peoples' problems. This insightfulness contributes to developing extended relationships with community stakeholders. Engaging in collaborative efforts and community project management to provide, improve, and implement strategies, acquiring resources and practical solutions.My professional goal is to work with various stakeholders interested in bringing together housing and {Healthcare} services. Creating housing ecosystems that reshape the dynamics of accessibility, quality, and cost-efficient accommodations. Partnering with mission-driven companies that are committed to community improvements, attractive ROI, and improving neighborhoods. Retaining and sustaining those who live there. Helping the healthcare industry develops future leadership, continuum of care, access, and delivery of healthcare, services, especially to the senior population. Healthcare systems and healthcare organizations' stakeholders are in extreme need of restructuring. Housing and Healthcare projects need effective, efficient, and quality leadership in the marketplace who can contribute innovative solutions, efficient programs, and services.I look forward to working with these stakeholders on joint ventures and future horizontal and vertical integration.
