Deb Malsom is an Iowa Native and has worked with Manpower Inc. of Des Moines for the past 33 years. Deb Started with Manpower in December 1986 as an Office Manager in Ames, Iowa. Deb was promoted to Area Manager for Ames and Fort Doge, Iowa in 1989 after successfully starting the Fort Dodge Manpower office that is still in operation today.In 1997 Deb was promoted to Area Manager of the Des Moines, Iowa Manpower Franchise where she was responsible for overseeing all five offices, and two on-site offices, business development, fostering existing and new business relationships, and managing our Quality ISO9000 procedures. In 2007 she became the Regional Director for the North Central Region and in May of 2011 I was promoted to Regional Business Development Manager for North Central Iowa encompassing a seven county area. In October of 2011 opened the Carroll, IA Manpower office.
