My recruitment journey started in 1999 working in Commercial recruitment initially as a Consultant. I had a break after four years and travelled and worked abroad for several months, then on my return I was head hunted back into recruitment. My role started as a Consultant and I worked my way up to Regional Manager probably the best way in recruitment as you are so much more aware of the different roles and have more of an understanding …I have a passion for recruitment, and enjoy coaching and training new staff to become the best they can be to progress in their careers.I have been very lucky to coach and grow some fabulous individuals who have progressed very quickly within their roles hence running some very successful teams.I am very proud to be a part of the Protocol Education team who are market leaders within the Education Sector providing staffing solutions to schools/multi academy trusts and alternative provisions to provide pupils with the best possible outcomes.
