Deb (formerly Deb Cusack) came to Breakthrough Manchester in 2018 from The Gordon School in Rhode Island where she worked in a variety of capacities from Director of Technology and Robotics Coach to classroom teacher and President of the Gordon Community Association. Before pursuing a career in education, Deb was a Registered Representative in the financial services field. Deb served on the board of St. Mary’s Home for Children and was President of the Junior League of Rhode Island and Treasurer of the Rhode Island Antiques Show. She led committees for many fundraising events and volunteered at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, The Tomorrow Fund, and other organizations that support women’s and children’s health. She has embraced the Manchester community and is a member of the Kiwanis Club, Race and Equity in New Hampshire, Manchester Community Action Committee, New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits and Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 2020.
