Worked with Sales and Marketing departments to develop both standard and custom point of purchase displays for products at a retail level. Ensured that all displays fell within retailer specifications while maintaining profitability.•Partnered with third party vendor to ensure that displays were engineered to hold correct product and quantities of product.•Made all arrangements for one international and two domestic industry trade shows. This included but was not limited to shipping and ordering product samples, working with Graphics to develop new art, supervising booth set up and tear down at show site, company and attendee registration and managing hotel room block for 70 individuals.

Managed as many as sixteen domestic trade shows and one international show for two different channels of trade. Organized and tracked all aspects of the shows which included shipping two different booths around the country, developing and upgrading art, arranging for hotel rooms for attendees and managing all aspects of registration and booth services. Maintained all deadlines and budget parameters.•Followed up post show by reviewing all billing and resolving any billing discrepancies. •Worked with Executive team in planning one off-site and one local Sales and Marketing meeting a year. This included researching locations and venues, negotiating rates and service packages at venue, organizing meeting space, group dinners and activities and managing the room block.•Organized two Marketing retreats a year. This involved finding a venue for meeting space, ordering meals and developing a team-building exercise.•Planned other office events such as holiday parties and executive retreats.•Developed point of purchase displays for retailers.
