Throughout her career, she has held various roles, including Health Care and Support Services Team Lead, Manager, Medical Case Manager, Preventive Health Professional, Project Manager, and currently serves as a Community Relations Specialist K-12 STEM outreach. Deb has a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, including the design and implementation of the Tobacco Free Campus and Drug Testing Programs, as well as the Annual Strategic Planning for Employee Health Services. Her leadership in population health initiatives at Sandia resulted in the submission and winning of the prestigious C. Everette Koop National Health Award in 2016.In addition to her accomplishments in Employee Health Services, Deb has played a vital role in HR Solutions Implementation, NEO/Onboarding, and the modernization of the operating model in Employee Health Services. Her collaborative approach with senior leadership members and external vendors ensured safety, security, legal compliance, and high-quality outcomes.Since joining the Sandia Community Relations Specialist team in early 2022, Deb has excelled as Sandia's K-12 STEM Program Manager.
