June 30, 2014 at Viscent Orthopedic Solutions I began a permanent fulltime position on BCBS teamas an Insurance AR Collector. By the first month end, I was able to assist the team in achieving100% of set goals. Six months later I was asked to move to Contracted payers for multiple states.In Oklahoma, some of my payers were Health Choice, Community Care, PPO, POS, HMO andMedicare replacements, Global Health and Generations. In New Mexico I had Presbyterian Healthcommercial, Medicaid, and Molina Healthcare. We had branches in 26 states from which I workedHumana, UHC, Cigna, PHCS, WebTPA, Meritain Health, etc.* My responsibilities included claim resubmission, corrected claims and appeals, retro-authorizations,referrals, requested for medical records from referring providers, surgery centers and hospitals forsubmission per insurance to substantiate medical necessity.* Worked Special projects, supported the Billing team to work new claims for specific pends.* The majority of my team’s positions were outsourced February 1, 2016.

Quality Personnel placed me with CRS for a contracted position at Viscent Orthopedic Solutions.Viscent offered me a permanent position on the Billing/Collections team 6/29/2014.* Position as an Insurance AR Collector for aged accounts that included: BCBS, United Healthcare,Aetna and Cigna.
