I have worked in Education since graduating from Penn State University in December 2001. I have also obtained my Masters Degree in Special Education from Eastern University. I was a substitute for 3 years until moving to Harrisburg where I was hired to teach Itinerant Learning Support at the Harrisburg School district. During my tenure in Harrisburg, I worked as a learning support teacher as well as an Itinerant Learning Support teacher. I worked at Harrisburg from August 2005 until June 2014. I then got hired to open and teach an MDS class at Boiling Spring High School. I worked there for one year until I got hired by my current school district, Central Dauphin Middle School. I have been teaching at CDMS since 2015 as a Full Time Supplemental Learning Support Teacher. In my current position I teach students academics and Life Skills. I also manage 2 para professionals in my classroom. I am also Safe Crisis Trained.
