Executing the order received from client within stipulated period of time and also looking after billings, revenue generation, as well as marketing part too. Having knowledge to handle the clients in a proper way, responding their requirements on time to time. And all other internal & external works of the organizations. Jobs Responsibilities:-• Executing all the supply of materials orders to M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited for their projects all over India.• Executing the orders from all the clients (POLYCAB, BVG INDIA, OPTCL,L&T,EAST INDIA UDYOG,RUDRANEE INFRASTRUCTUTE LIMITED, TESLA TRANSFORMER, WBSEDCL, MPPTCL, PSTCL, UPPCL) from South Zone, Western Zone, East Zone and other part of India.• Looking after all the Sale billing portion which basically a part of Accounts Receivable.• Collecting and negotiating of price with the suppliers while doing the tender, preparing the commercial documents.• Co-coordinating with the production & dispatch teams regarding execution of Order. • Follow up with the Purchase Department regarding incoming of materials on time. and follow up with the production department on regular basis to faster the manufacturing process.
