Collaborate with store manager to lead volunteer-run retail store. Assist with coordinating and communicating with 30-60 senior and adult volunteers, providing customer service, managing donations,, and processing merchandise/furniture deliveries.

Coordinate projects to support Y membership and programming. Functions include: coordinate with team to produce marketing materials; collaborate with community organizations and partners; communicate with members to provide customer service and information; organize and implement special events involving programs, community activities, volunteers, staff training and donor support.

Coordinate department outreach and collaboration with departments across campus; provide group and individual career counseling; supervise peer leaders; facilitate workshops about Clarifying Career Interests, Job Search, and the tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Campbell Interest and Skills Survey.

Recruit and orient volunteers for Long Term Care facility and hospital settings. Collaborate with volunteer supervisors and departments.

Organize and implement Hospital outreach and wellness programs; partner with local organizations and health care providers to assess needs; organize and schedule health assessment fairs, car seat safety clinics, new parent support activities, and 20+ educational programs annually.
