Repsonsible for improving and sustaining daily operations including financial outcomes, quality, service and engagement goals, as well as clinic growth and community outreach. Work is done in partnership with a Site Medical Director.

Responsible for all Human Resource Functions of Quello Clinic, including benefit administration, salary guidelines, performance evaluation standardization, employee liaison, change management, and staff training and education.

Responsible for all operations of up to 6 primary care clinics and up to 5 urgent medical care clinics. Areas of responsibility included quality, service, and engagement goals in clinical as well as clerical departments – placed priority on standardization of services and Quality/ Service improvement initiatives. Also held the role of Safety Officer for the organization.Additionally, developed HIPAA policies/procedures and served as HIPAA Privacy Officer.
