InsideOut is a self-leadership programme for girls which is setting Perth College apart from other schools. The programme affirms that every child or teenager can be a leader is some way and aims to let each girl’s abilities be seen, heard and experienced. Director InsideOut - Present and facilitate workshops, seminars, excursions and experiential learning opportunities for Perth College’s InsideOut (Positive Education) programme - Develop and ensure the above programme offers tailor-made activities for each age group which complements classroom activities. - Build expertise and mentor Facilitators and Presenters.- Business and Budget ManagementKey Achievement: - Effective management of an extensive additional business stream for Perth College- Building a successful positive psychology/schooling model that focuses on students understanding their own personal strengths and then progresses to teaching self-awareness and leadership strategies including opportunities to put these into action. - Development of networks and relationships with external parties who can offer variety and value to the InsideOut programme

Returning from parental leave; I was invited to undertake special projects and research on behalf of the Principal.Research and Development Co-ordinator- To develop a Leadership and Well-being programme as part of the school that provides academic and personal learning opportunities for every student at the school, preparing them to become responsible and influential leaders in the future- To develop partnerships with external organisations to support Perth College in becoming a Centre of Excellence for Women- To provide Perth College with a strong national and international presence as a leading school for girls.Key Achievement: - Prepared and packaged the InsideOut programme as a sequential programme offering numerous opportunities for girls to develop their leadership skills and improve their well-being.- Audited existing programmes to reflect the opportunities offered to students- Built external business networks with major research organisations including the University of Western Australia- Recommended that Perth College introduce a programme which supported it’s values and ethos in enabling Perth College girls to be capable, courageous and caring- Facilitated and negotiated for Perth College to act as the Australian Directorate for GirlPower- Achieved Licensed Facilitator accreditation for the Canadian based GirlPower programme
