Since 1998, have created and maintained websites and offered help desk for computers. I am active with mainly WordPress, can do HTML, and have worked with multiple other platforms.. I have built computers and made computer repairs. Have extensive experience with networks and software such as LogMeIn, TeamViewer, Zoom, RingCentral and Video and Phone Conferencing. I have also designed newsletters, flyers and other promotional materials and I am proficient with Canva. I use Microsoft Office Products.. I have extensive experience with podcasting and video and livestreaming production, including social media promotion. I host several podcasts and video series and do voiceover for all of my personal productions. Since I am a meditation practitioner, I have a warm, soft and soothing voice.

I design and maintain the website, all promotional materials, editing of audio and videos podcasts, including guided meditations, and all administration of its programs.

During the pandemic, I taught six meditation and mindfulness classes per week for MVP and provided mentoring support to students in the Mindfulness Coaching and Meditation online programs. I also created the Advanced Meditation Teacher Training Course for My Vinyasa Practice. I was Peer Support for the 200 hr and 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training from April 2020-November 2020. In 2019 I supported the Yoga Nidra program as Peer Support.
