*Forecast growth, design and engineer projects for additions, removals, rearrangements and technical transitions for all outside facilities. Coordinated and conducted field meetings with town and state officials, contractors, utility representatives as well as business and residential customers to provide telecommunication services and analyze/ solve problems to provide service efficiently. Key accomplishments include:* Simultaneously managed numerous projects in various states of completion while remaining within the guidelines of the DPUC, FCC and NESC and in a timely manner.* Estimated the cost of projects for residential and business customers, construction firms and towns for the relocation of AT&T facilities.* Coordinated the conditioning of our facilities to provide new services offered by AT&T. Worked with field technicians and facility assigners to resolve issues in order to meet deadlines for the 22-state panel regarding certification of our distribution areas.* Translated information provided to build and implement cable relief and rearrangements.

Traveled to various seminars to prepare for the rollout of CWA's countrywide training. Coordinated local info sessions on Healthcare and The Employee Free Choice Act. Presented to the members of CWA Local 1298. Recruited members.
