I handle and respond to inquiries, business requests, and direct them to the appropriate source for resolution. My duties and tasks involve substantial variety and complexity on a daily basis, some of which are: management of calendars, conference calls, telephone screening, booking travel arrangements, filing documents with the Court, proofreading, time entry, scheduling appointments/meetings/conference calls, keeping assignments on track with CLE requirements, reimbursements, filing to desksite, assisting 5+ attorneys on a daily basis, preparation and/or compiliation of confidential materials. My ingenuity, originality and intuition helps to get the job done faster. I work with several internal clients and am a back-up team member. I am heavily relied upon by the attorneys in my group when other team members are out of the office or away from their desks.
