Wesley LifeForce Networks promote suicide prevention in a wide variety of community settings throughout Australia, from urban centres, to remote Aboriginal communities. By bringing together key members of the community who are dedicated to suicide prevention, Wesley LifeForce supports community members to take ownership of the issue and work towards real solutions to address the problem of suicide in their region.Wesley LifeForce networks are coordinated nationally and align to best practice standards. Utilising the networks methodology, endorsed by the Australian Institute of Suicide Research and Prevention (AISRAP), potential network locations are identified in areas where there is a high rate and/or high incidence of suicide.
