Client Services - Technical Specialist
Current- Provide service and Orindi system support to Medicare clients; upload, verify, and manage documents on this system
- Serve as a technical SME for multiple clients to ensure connectivityto Merrill systems, test, diagnose, resolve issues or forward to appropriate IT team for resolution
- Assist with documentation of all services performed monthly and invoicing
- Ensure timely delivery of time sensitive compliance related products
- Participate in client meetings, onboarding set up of new corporate accounts, set up of item numbers, perform test runs of files through systems and production consistent with the BRD and client expectations
- Provide reporting as requested by clients and account managers
