Assist in-house attorneys and outside counsel in all phases of toxic tort defense litigation. Responsible for interacting with internal departments to investigate and review potentially responsive data and complex business information. Responsible for identifying appropriate deponents and corporate trial witnesses, coordinating deposition or other testimony, reviewing draft discovery responses and assuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of factual information.

Assist the Associate Counsel in all phases of litigation matters. Coordinate outside counsel requests and company responses to all discovery and trial preparation. Summarize deposition and trial transcripts. Research and conduct Internet and Westlaw searches.

Assist in all phases of environmental/toxic tort defense litigation. Responsible for summarizing deposition and trial transcripts, maintaining expert files, and updating medical library. Prepare settlement documents and generate monthly reports. Case management and trial preparation.

Assist managing partners and associates on consumer class action cases. Involved in all aspects of trial preparation for complex civil matters. Responsible for drafting and preparation of pleadings for filing in both state and federal court. Responsible for organizing, logging (with the use of WordPerfect 5.1) and upkeep of numerous case files. Answer and resolve class member inquiries regarding case settlement issues.

Prepare cases for trial in the breast implant litigation settlement suit. Responsible for obtaining client medical records from doctors offices and hospitals. Contact clients to update their files and answer general client inquiries.
