I teach science to 10 to 15 year old students in an engaging and hands-on way. I adopt a phenomenological approach to teaching, always trying to motivate students by relating their personal experiences to science in the real world and the local environment. I communicate effectively with my peers across three campuses, working hard within the team. I create and find appropriate resources to keep teaching and learning fresh and rich for my students, using the latest interactive web tools and technology. I support and mentor my colleagues.
