I work with individuals to reach personal health goals in a number of areas of their lives. Our program has four components to support our clients through Lifelong Transformation. Each individual gets a Personal Health Coach. Our program takes each client through a Healthy Habits approach to build new lifestyle skills into everything they do. We have Scientifically Proven Nutritional Plans and a Supportive Community to support you alongside your journey. Inventory. Place orders. Clean & maintain equipment. Attend staff meetings. Prepare Monthly and Annual Financial Reports. Bank deposits. Record keeping. Schedule appointments for maintenance and repairs on equipment. Keep scheduling calendar for Coffee Shop events. Coordinate Free Meal Friday program by scheduling volunteers, meals and recording donations. Initiated and coordinated the remodel of the coffee shop in Spring of 2016.

We chose to homeschool our son for a number of reasons. Our faith, my husband was working from home so it meant we could spend more time together. I was a teacher and...why not? I'm so glad we did. We spent three years on the road and have so many memories we wouldn't have if we had done something different. It was the right choice for us. We always said we would take it one year at a time. We got to Senior year and our son decided he wanted to attend Tri-State Christian School. He graduated in 2018 and was even inducted into NHS which we didn't have at home. He played on the soccer team. The best of both worlds.

My responsibilities included planning and teaching physical education classes for students in grades K-6 including hearing impaired students. I ran the intramural program for fifth and sixth grade students for 12 years and sponsored the student council.
