Relocated to the most beautiful beach in the world, Daytona ! Currently manage a full service account. The facility is 120 beds. I am responsible for the cleanliness and all laundry of the facility, to include resident's personal clothing. I am responsible for all the finances, scheduling and managing of 13 associates. Our department maintains the exterior of the building to include window washing, pressure washing and courtyard cleanliness. Interior cleaning includes cycle cleaning of the resident rooms and maintaining a clean and sanitary emvironment throughout the entire facility, free of odors typically associated with nursing homes. Resident satisfaction scores are at 100%.

Uf & Shands Healthcare

Manage the daily operations of the Environmental Services Department at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla. It is a 650 bed facility. I have 3 managers and 70 employees that report to me. Everyday is exciting and full of challenges with the goal to get the job done and provide excellent service.
