As the saying goes, "if you want something done, ask a busy person:" I believe in the work that I do, whether it be supporting workers in their goal of accomplishing a better workplace, helping individuals use the process of self determination to resolve differences, or teaching students new concepts and ideas about the way they see the world, it is all about self empowerment and giving people the tools they need to achieve their goals. And you know what? I'm good at it! To me, its not about who gets the credit, its about getting the job done.
