  I am the first point of contact for the AdvancED NC Operations Office; therefore, I strive to demonstrate commitment to the customer by being friendly and helpful to anyone who calls. I assist schools, facilitators/Lead Evaluators, principals and central office personal with interpretation of AdvancED procedures and requirements. Monitor and assist over 2,000 member schools to ensure they remain on a timetable with AdvancED activities, secure Lead Evaluators, and team members for External Reviews. I create the AdvancED state newsletters, help organize the AdvancED North Carolina fall conference, create the program for the conference, and assume other work assignments as needed. I am very motivated and a self-starter; I enjoy the constant learning experience.
