Building healthier, stronger, and more resilient relationships is the core of my work as a couples, family and individual therapist. Trained in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy.

Drawing from a variety of family therapy models, I provide counseling to individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues including parent/child conflicts, grandparent/child conflicts, teens in crisis, couple conflict, aging parents, life adjustment issues, divorce, spiritual/faith issues, depression, stress and anxiety. In family therapy, I work with family members of all ages, and families of all sizes and styles. My work is informed by clinical training in marriage & family therapy, former business experience, personal faith and life experiences. I am open to work with all persons, without preference for culture, family background, faith/spirituality or sexuality as long as my clinical training and private practice setting fit the problem and therapy goals.

Just last August, I moved my private practice to Bellevue, WA, with Samaritan Center of Puget Sound.
