Some projects include:•Designed and developed online help system for users of a Grant Request system and the training materials for the system launch to department leaders.•Designed a multi-week product training program for the US affiliate of an international travel assistance company.•Completed the analysis and design of a training and support program for U.S. soldiers and their families to ease transitions before, during, and after deployment.•Worked on the redesign of a biotech company’s training and development department. Participated in the analysis and design of the organization. Led development of job designs and creation of developmental curriculum maps. •Participated on the Symmetry Consulting design and development team for a 42 week Leadership Academy for Delaware National Guard. Designed and developed the Blackboard website component of the academy program as a repository for course materials and a place for participants to submit assignments and communicate with classmates and instructors.•Completed an analysis of the key documents of the Performance Management system for critical sales positions of a pharmaceutical company and provided recommendations for system and document revision and improvements.

•Serving as project manager and instructional designer on a multi product launch meeting for approximately 100 associates. Includes the development and coordination of two months of home study and virtual meetings prior to the one week launch event. •Redesigned the new commercial associate onboarding program including tracks for several field roles across therapeutic areas.•Served as a project manager and instructional designer for a lean training department to keep key learning projects on schedule including the launch of an online training platform.•Served as project manager and instructional designer for the design, development, and implementation of a progressive learning and development curriculum for field sales personnel.•Completed an analysis of an existing internal training program and completed tasks necessary to expand the offerings, promote the program and increase employee attendance.

Higlights of my tenure include:•Responsible for the design, development and delivery of training for the company’s new Performance Management system for several client groups in the sales and marketing organization. Recent company merger required instructors to handle challenging classroom dynamics.•Led the design, development, and implementation of a new and unique sales training curriculum. This national program started with an in-depth analysis and intervention design. This industry leading context-based design required a large team to completely redesign and develop the sales curriculum and materials. Independent learner paced training was followed up by a centralized role-play and job-readiness assessment.•Worked with a team of instructional design professionals to design, develop and deliver training for new decentralized training specialists. Training was to prepare new trainers for upcoming programs and develop their training management and presentation skills.•Analyzed existing educational materials for sales force new hire education program and conducted job analysis. Given time and budget constraints, designed and developed wrap around materials that supplemented existing program to provide structure and support to new hires.•Served as an instructor at selected sites of a national computer application rollout. Training included technical application instruction and important regulatory information for sales professionals.
