Accounting functions to include Accounts Receivable (biilling, posting customer payments, follow up on past due accounts, etc.), Accounts Payable (verify accuracy of vendor invoices and follow up on discrepancies, data entry into payables module of system software, prepare payments via check or EFT as needed), Customer Service (communicate with customers/vendors on questionable issues, order entry of customer requests, back-up phone duties); Prepare monthly Financial Statements and assist in monthly audit by external accountant; General office administration (supply ordering, data entry, daily banking activties, etc.);
