Central Wisconsin Insurance, formerly Resch Insurance, started as a new location for CWIA in Sept 2017. As Account Executive, I manage the office, billing and all aspects of an Insurance Agency. We are still the same agency with the same people and a new name.

My responsibilities include, managing the office , answering the phone, working with clients to gain information for quoting insurance, prepare quote. Answer all billing questions as well as managing all the accounting including Payroll, AR, AP, monthly balancing of accounts etc.

Work with hospital staff to obtain information for patients that would need home cares. Also was coordinator for the Aspirus Flu Clinics in 2009 and 2010. This position coordinated all staffing for flu clinics from September to December each year. My biggest accomplishment was working with the Marathon County Health Dept during the H1N1 outbreak to coordinate staff for their clinic as well as Aspirus Clinics.
