I believe that women, far too often, take care of everyone else and neglect to take take care of themselves. I help women find time for themselves and help them to put themselves at the top of the to-do list without compromising the time that they have to dedicate to their career and family.I also hold corporate and group workshops on health, nutrition, and overall wellness. Employees are clearly more productive and loyal to their employers if they believe that the company values their well-being. My workshops show employees how to balance the demands of work with the necessity of exercise and healthy eating.
