CurrentCurrently support the 777X Finance Director and his three direct reports. We also have a group of about 105 employees. Past duties included supported many all levels of management up to senior level Directors and Vice Presidents. Areas of support within Boeing include Flightline Delivery, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Airplane Modification. Key responsibilities include the following:• Extensive management of multiple calendars and schedules, including executive management staff and conference rooms. • Prepared daily meeting itinerary packet for the Director/VP including printed calendar and necessary attachments.• Process travel and expense reports for multiple managers.• Greeting visitors and directing them to their destination.• Set up and facilitate technical support for various meetings, including WebEx, telecom services, and preparing presentations.• Act as back-up support to other office administrative personnel. • Assist management and Human Resources by entering or updating staff attendance, headcount, and labor loss changes into Office Assist and HRMS systems. Printing and delivery of necessary daily HR reports to management staff also required.• Provided mentoring services to new hires and other office administrative staff.• Responsible for a wide range of communications including answering multiple phone lines, verbal communications to multiple audiences, and the processing of incoming and outgoing written communications.• Ordered and maintained inventory of office and printer supplies, business cards, and other departmental necessities.• Ordered and set up onsite and offsite catering events. • Updated pertinent departmental information including spreadsheets, organizational charts, electronic and written communications.
