❓Are you seriously concerned about your finances going towards and into retirement?❓Do you worry your superannuation/retirement savings will not be enough to live the life you dreamed of in retirement?❓Have you thought you should be retired by now but have worried how you will manage without a regular income from your job?𝙄 𝙩𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙩!!!! We are taking hits from all directions! 🥊 I have found, through reading and watching the market place that the minimum superannuation recommended for singles and couples has tripled in the past ten years. 🥊Our cost of living has skyrocketed and housing has become increasingly difficult to get in the rental market. Homelessness has become a reality for many more people.🥊Women who, after raising a family, have had to return to work to pay the bills and just live a decent life, are now finding that gap between jobs has seen their super balances far below what they need.🥊Pensions were never meant to last forever and we have no idea when the government will pull the pin and remove or cut them down with little notice. We cant rely on this as a source of income. It is also nowhere near sufficient. 🥊Women, particularly single working women, worry about losing their homes if they cant pay the mortgage after leaving the job and running out of superannuation. Creating extra income is becoming a necessity rather than a luxury and many women do not know how to do this or where to go to find out. They worry about being scammed and they worry they will lose what little they have. The retirement funds we thought would allow us to travel endlessly and live our best lives is not being sucked up in just surviving a day to day life. This is not what we want for our Goalden Years.𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙨 They were my concerns and even as I have been building alternate sources of income, that grey cloud over my head, being lack of super, loomed.
