After 33 years 6 months and 5 days, my journey with the NSW Police Force concluded on Friday 03 May, 2024. Whilst working full-time, I successfully completed a Bachelor of Laws through the University of New England, graduating on 10 May 2024. I am currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 and will soon complete Practical Legal Training with The College of Law.Throughout my extensive career spanning over three decades, I dedicated over 16 years prosecuting in the Local Court and also the Coronial jurisdiction. In my most recent role as a Prosecutor Training Sergeant, I focused on training and mentoring new and existing prosecutors, ensuring they were well-equipped with the skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively and ethically. My core competencies include legal research and analysis, advocacy and negotiation, communication and presentation, leadership and management, and teamwork and collaboration. I am passionate about upholding the rule of law, protecting the rights and interests of the community, and seeking justice for victims of crime. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow as a professional, and to share my expertise and experience with others.
