As a nurse and healthcare leader, I am passionate about helping all organizations maintain a positive profitable work environment in a results driven manner. Today’s current healthcare environment involves all members of a given organization and the ability to wear many hats and understand how all the pieces fit together. When one can teach and encourage efficiency and cost containment - financial outcomes improve. Best practice and utilizing evidence based patient care - encourages and promotes better outcomes which improve length of stay, patient satisfaction, quality and infection control standards and again ultimately fiscally sound processes. I possess strong skills sets related to clinical best practices, operations and financial outcomes. My goal is to continually work and promote positive outcomes, mentor new leaders and assist with new processes in both a variety of settings - Ambulatory Surgery Centers and acute/surgical hospitals. I believe the more we allow staff to be involved and encourage physician ownership/alignment of practices - the stronger a facility becomes with more engaged staff and providers and thus happier patients/consumers and outcomes. I have the skill sets to collaboratively build teams and promote positive outcomes and enhanced fiduciary success.
