Director – Relational Dynamics 1st LtdDeborah has extensive experience working within the creative industries and third sector combining artistic practice with arts/business management at Senior Executive level. Deborah currently works as a Workshop Designer, Trainer, Psychotherapist, Coach Supervisor & Integrative Coach; specialising in relational dynamics, personal development and leadership. As well as running her own private practice, Deb is a coach for a number of sector leadership organisations and volunteers as therapist for: North Lancs Counselling Services and Frontline 19 (NHS free counselling for frontline workers). Deb is also an experienced Supervisor for coaches, offering shared RD1st Supervision via zoom as well as one to ones. As well as being regularly commissioned to design and deliver bespoke coaching courses for organisations, she also designs a number of training opportunities for RD1st coaches/alumni e.g. 'Effective Comms & Difficult Conversations' (2020), 'On Death & Grief' (2022) and 'The Language of Emotion and How to be Alongside Them' (2023). She also designed, established and runs the accredited, Relational Dynamics Coaching Course based in the North West. Deb is also invited to work regularly with NGO's internationally: e.g. Ruwwad (Jordan), LASeR (Lebanon). She achieved full membership with the Association for Coaching (AC) in 2005, is a BBC Accredited Coach, was shortlisted for the ‘Award for Influence’ at AC in 2010 and was awarded an MBE in 2004.
