 Generate and update real-time input consumption report on 132/33/11 KV feeder wise to meet our projected MUs and also responsible to take import point joint reading with Govt. TSECL each feeder wise from 132 KV substation.  To maintain the regular basis operation & maintenance report daily basis which include no. of shut down, break down, trips etc to meet smooth supply operation for the operation through 11 KV service.  To maintain the database regularly for all the consumers including all the sub-division under Ambassa ED like- month wise BU, BA, CA etc.  Maintain & update regular basis billing, collection report and other regularization on existing and NSC on our online database portal.  Responsible for making planning on the input energy throughout the best revenue potentiality and avoiding the min. T&D loss for single and three phase connection for central and non-central consumers.

 To update and work on both Inception & Execution phase of the project on EPR and also creating an all-inclusive strategy for operation of a business information management systems.  To update all the operational task on the given time line as per SOP in the portal.  To maintain the Aebas, data uploading for each batch from freezing to placement process.  Also working under the Quality supervision on the operational system.  Analyze and evaluate the allocated target and strategy and also continuous report to the higher management and Govt. bodies – NABCONS, SRLM, MORD& CTSA.  To regulate their training activities on the SDMS portal which is created for each state government/UT for monitoring of empanelment, training progress, fund management, placement and other aspects on the portal.  To provide all training related information as per guidelines in both the SDMS and SMART MIS systems.  To regulate fund management and disbursement to organization. State Governments will effectively manage flow of funds to ensure smooth implementation of project.
