As a Head of QAD, I am working in Bangladesh’s biggest & most deemed heavy Industry. My role is to ensure best quality output with minimal rejection of material in FG stage; CI Sheet, Ridge, Coil, Industrial profile sheet, Fibre sheet. In light of achieving utmost goal of company, I generally pull best quality NOF GP, Galvalume, Colour coated coil with minimal zinc loss yet with standard coating with standard mechanical properties of coil. This is manufactured from best quality CR which is produced from SMS Siemag 6HI Mill & Sendzimir 20HI. Quality of CR get ensured from spot cooling. Besides being a professional in QAD & Cold Rolling , I am trained on “The Productivity Improvement Training Program (PITP)” from AOTS, Japan in which, I am given extensive training on Japanese way of thinking for Industrial production, TPS, Kaizen as both theoretical & practical exercise. I visited Toyota commemorative Museum of Industry & Technology, Nagoya Japan; where I explored chronological technologies of Toyota. I have also visited SCMaglev and Railway Park, Nagoya , Japan; where I explored different chronological rails of Japan.I should also retrospect on a training that I have received from an European Company called; The Steel Trading Hub. Under their training I was very fortunate to had a training on Melting, Hot rolling, cold rolling, coating from A putative company called, The Acciaieria Arvedi group. I visited their factories in Cremona & Trieste. I was in full ecstasy to get trained in such an immaculate technical environment. Prior to my new role I used to work in Cold Rolling of Steel for last 11 years , as Head Of Production. I have experience on working with CRM, both 20HI (3 ZR22-50” and 1 ZR23-37” Sendzimir Mills)& 6HI, Bearing, Lubricants, Hydraulics, Emulsion, Cam mechanism , Grinding Operation, Pickling, Heat treatment of steel ,welding , gas cutting & metal fabrication, Cranes, AutoCAD. In addition, I have got expertise in CR steel sheet quality & it’s management. Here, during my tenure as a head of Production, by product generation has been reduced by 3% compared to the immediate previous tenure. Also, productivity increased by 5000 Mt. Per month compared to previous tenure.I am qualified in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from BUET, prominent Engineering university of Bangladesh. I did my undergrad thesis work on a topic related to Fluid Mechanics named "Analysis of a Negatively buoyant Jet", which was published on ICME, 2009. I am highly enthusiastic to work in Industrial sector related to Mechanical Engineering.
