Raise RFCs before implementation, patching, Replacing hardware especially during critical changes. Deploying various patches using BiigFix servers.(across 2000+ servers). Provide Hardware support for Hardware problems and co-ordination with Vendors of IBM Blade Servers, and FLEX Server including Server Hardening and Security Patching and Update the Firmware/BIOS. Trouble shooting OS Level issues with Sysinternal Tools (ex: Pskill, ProcExplorer, ProcMon). Provide patching and upgrades for all Windows servers on monthly schedule.Ensuring availability of Full/incremental Server Backup with TIVOLI Backup Tool and Involved in servers restore from TSM backup. Routine maintenance weekly/monthly shutdown or restart server and disk housekeeping, Disk extinction, cleanup of server file and directory by using tools and scripts and Server Manual complex Health Check for compliance ITCM tools.Perform major upgrades of operating systems service packs, etc and other products.Creating templates, Clone and deploy virtual machines from templates.
