Currently working with ICICI Bank in Privilege Banking as an Assistant Manger (Band 1) from 11th july2012 -presentJob Responsibilities:Operations Handling entire gamut of task involved in of services for smooth and complaint free operations as well as ensuring compliance with requirements under various different acts governing banking regulations. Following the process/procedure of the bank and ensured compliance to rules & regulations of the bank including latest circulars and notifications. Processing all kinds of service request of the customers that includes rtgs, neft transfer, fund transfer, Ecs, accounts related query etc. Handling Forex Transactions of the entire branch that includes sale and encashment of foreign currency and travel card , outward remittances and organising and ensuring forex documents as per FEMA compliance and banking regulations. Processing gold loan documents in branch and handling branch keys.Client Relationship Management Sitting in privilege banking desk and serving NRI, HNI and WEALTH clients. Managing customer centric operations forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms with minimum TAT. Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements and suggested the most viable solutions/products and cultivated relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.
